A question before buying, an order or a refund, or a file that will not open — this reaches a person, not a queue. Replies usually take a working day.
What to expect
- A working day for most replies. Weekends may take longer.
- Order problems — have your order number ready if you have it, and write from the address you used at checkout.
- Refunds follow the refund policy: within 14 days, no reason needed.
- Payment questions — the receipt comes from the payment provider (Paddle for card payments outside Ukraine, LiqPay in Ukraine). Anything about the charge itself they can see and we cannot; anything about the files is ours.
- Your message is used only to reply. It is not added to any mailing list.
