Refunds

Last updated 2026-09-17

Digital products are hard to return once downloaded, so here is exactly where we stand — in plain language, and without asking you to justify yourself.

The short version

If a guide is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. You do not need to give a reason.

We ask only that you have actually looked at the material rather than bought the whole set, downloaded it and asked for the money back the same day. Beyond that, we are not going to interrogate you.

How to ask

Write through the contact page, or reply to your order email, from the address you used at checkout. Include the order number from your confirmation email if you have it; if not, the email address is enough for us to find the order.

We aim to reply within one working day and to process an approved refund within five working days. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, through the same payment provider — it cannot go anywhere else.

How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank or card issuer: usually a few days, occasionally up to ten.

Who issues the refund

If you paid in euro, US dollars, pounds or another non-hryvnia currency, your order was processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record, and Paddle issues the refund. You can ask us and we will arrange it, or contact Paddle directly through the link in your Paddle receipt.

If you paid in hryvnia through LiqPay, we issue the refund ourselves, back to the same card.

Your statutory rights

For customers in the EU and the UK, consumer law gives a 14-day right to withdraw from most distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins and you have acknowledged it — which is why checkout says so. Regardless, our own 14-day policy above still applies.

For customers in Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine On Protection of Consumer Rights applies. Our 14-day policy is in addition to whatever that law gives you, not instead of it.

Nothing on this page limits any right your country's law gives you and that cannot be limited by agreement.

What happens after a refund

The download links for the refunded order stop working, and the licence to use those files ends. If you had already printed or saved copies, please delete them — that is what the refund means.

You are welcome to buy again later. A refund is not a mark against you.

Things that are not refunds

A file that will not open, a broken download link or a delivery to the wrong address is not a refund matter — tell us and we will fix the delivery. You keep the product.

If a package price changes after you buy, that does not entitle you to a partial refund. You paid the price that was published on the day.

If you want to move up from a smaller package to a larger one, write to us rather than buying twice and asking for the first back — we will sort out the difference.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your card statement, write to us before disputing the charge with your bank. A refund from us takes days; a chargeback takes weeks, costs both sides a fee, and ends in the same place. We have never refused a refund asked for in good faith and do not intend to start.
